Have posted some fast [for me] times over the last couple of months on and off the track.
Despite feeling v tired yesterday and having to take a power-nap in the afternoon, I then went out and ran a fast 5- Miler at the club handicap event in the evening.
I'd like to do a parkrun tomorrow as I hardly ever get to do one despite it being so close to my house. How do I gauge when tired becomes over-tired? I feel whacked right now as I've been on the go all day, but feel like I shouldn't be as I'm very fit?! Doesn't really makes sense but hope ykwim?
