Im 9st 11lbs (but only 4ft11" so built a bit like Cilla Battersby).
Starting fitness again today- aim to do most DVDs from home and some online stuff (ie Fitness Blender videos and 30 day challenges)
Also going to throw in about 2 or 3 runs a week
if this doesnt work I dont know what else will.
