Monty is great! If I ever have a boy I will have to add it to the short list.

I quite like Bartholomew nn Tolly. That and Rufus were my favourites if DC2 had been a boy, DH well and truly vetoed them though .

poppy - it's a nickname for Victoria. I have only heard it used by posh people.

I like Sebastian and Allegra. My Scottish accent just doesn't work with either though!

Ds2's middle name is Rupert. Middle names are a false hope. We never use it, I love it.

I love Persephone and Seraphina - would nn both Seffy.

Neither would work with our rough and manly surname! Plus would never be able to convince DH.

I might have to have another just so I can actually use Rupert. So lovely.

Sholto - not that I would use it but it is fabulously posh

I love Ottilie and Tabitha. Also Jasper for a boy. DH says no.

(Their real names are not posh. I hate posh names)

Henrietta, Hettie, Rupert, Bertie . Ony one of mine has a posh name though

Julian - I went to school with a girl whose brother was called this - we all thought it was the poshest name ever
