Just in case anyone wanted to complain about MN literally killing thousands of people....this tweeter gives a full cut n paste of what to say:

Wow fucking hell.

WichBitchHarpyTerfThatsMe · 15/04/2018 19:24

Methinks someone's cage has been rattled!

thebewilderness · 15/04/2018 19:24

I reported the tweet for organized harassment.

CircleSquareCircleSquare · 15/04/2018 19:26

I wonder if we could complain about Twitter (in their style) the site which specifically caters to the female exclusionary branch of feminism, which is a hate group that seeks to deny the existence of biological sex - specifically the legally protected class of women - and the oppression that goes with it?

But obviously WTGLWGH.

LizzieSiddal · 15/04/2018 19:27

Oh my goodness. Have you informed MNHQ sea?

serfandterf101 · 15/04/2018 19:30

I love that DrRadfem is specifically mentioned! She would also be well-chuffed 😀

Some of the replies suggest they are going after their Adsense and also their Amazon affiliates.

AnitaLovesVictor · 15/04/2018 19:31

They're complaining to google now? About Mumsnet. Wow.

Well it's laughable. But #WTGLWGH

Badgerthebodger · 15/04/2018 19:34

All the more reason for us to calmly continue with our polite, reasoned and above all respectful debate on the subject.

ErrolTheDragon · 15/04/2018 19:36

There seems to be one comment:

'Wow, you’ve just defamed MumsNet! I expect their lawyers will be very interested'

Maybe not as interested as all that by some random on twitter, TBF.

hugoagogo · 15/04/2018 19:38

Jesus Christ in a 🚲

HerFemaleness · 15/04/2018 19:40

I can't get over listing biological sex as dangerous and derogatory content.

ItsAllGoingToBeFine · 15/04/2018 19:45

They're complaining to google now? About Mumsnet. Wow.

It may work. AFAIK Google is now delisting hate sites. Twitter sees a lot of gender-critical stuff as hate speech, so I guess Google may do too.

AnitaLovesVictor · 15/04/2018 19:45

Yes, that's where we are now.

An extreme view by TAs (certainly not held by all transwomen) is that women talking about women's biological issues, such as childbirth, breastfeeding, is transphobic. And some even say it's 'triggering' - because trans women can't experience those things.

Women's biological experience is being denied, banished by TAs.

AssignedPuuurfectAtBirth · 15/04/2018 19:45

why would you complain to Google?

QueenLaBeefah · 15/04/2018 19:45

I wouldn't worry about it - it's only had 4 re-tweets. It's just irrelevant echo chamber crap.

QueenLaBeefah · 15/04/2018 19:47

I don't do Twitter but my teenage son has more followers than this prat based in Tennessee.

CircleSquareCircleSquare · 15/04/2018 19:49

The person mentioning Amazon was Shelly2161

Weebo · 15/04/2018 19:53

The tantrums going on at the moment are really something.

SonicVersusGynaephobia · 15/04/2018 19:57

They really, really don't like women being able to talk amongst themselves, do they.

yetanothertranswoman · 15/04/2018 20:02

I wouldn't worry about it - it's only had 4 re-tweets. It's just irrelevant echo chamber crap

The person who is behind it runs a very popular forum for trans people - one of the biggest ones out there.

Weebo · 15/04/2018 20:04

They sure don't.

I think it has come as a shock to some of the more vocal anti-Mumseters on SM as there was definitely an air of smuggery wafting about at the start of the week.

This, plus Tara Wolf and now Feminism being put back into active has seriously enraged them.

Thanksforthatamazingpost · 15/04/2018 20:11

oh is it back? good.

Weebo · 15/04/2018 20:15

It's going back into active tomorrow as soon as tech can sort it but yep, great news. Smile

AbsintheFriends · 15/04/2018 20:17

It's a reminder of just how brave Justine has been in speaking out in the Times. I put my name the Girl Guides letter, and felt nervous doing it. She now runs the risk of being seen by TRAs as the face of TERF-ery.

She is one amazing woman, IMHO.
