taking elderly but active parents on holiday in Britain.. Luxury hotel needed!

mum is post cancer op but active and Dad uses sticks to walk. Mum wants a nice UK break in October - she was thinking Cornwall, but I think might be hilly

They need things to look at or do in the day

It depends on what they want to do in the day. Hotel Tresanton is fabulous but has steps to get to some rooms. They can organise fishing and boat trips and its a short ferry to Falmouth, which is nice. It's expensive but very luxurious in a beachy way. Great views.

Have you looked at Rudding Park? They make you feel really special and Harrogate is only a few minutes away. You can also drive out to Nidderdale and explore the Yorkshire Dales.

Or Cambrige? Lots to see and do, they could get the bus to the Imperial War museum at Duxford (which is amazing) and the train to visit Ely. Plus you could spend days exploring the city. Cant recommend any hotels as I lived there so never stopped in any

Cardiff? Some nice hotels (the Angel is ok) good shops, the castle, cardiff museum, Cardiff bay, tour of the stadium.
