And she needs a name Grin

She is 8 weeks, fawn, smooth coated and lushious.

I am, however, quite possibly insane.

well having looked on your profile I have to say you have been conned, that is a rodent of some description, there are no puppy photos (I so want a whippet)

We need a picture to see what name suits her

Fawn? Bambi? Precious?

I'm jealous. I'd love an Italian greyhound.

Toffee Barley Fudge Victoria (sponge)

(There's a friendly 'pointy dog cushion' running in the Doghouse which you might find helpful)

So jealous, I have a whole board on pinterest devoted to photos of Whippets in the hope that I'll one day be in your shoes.

I think all female whippets can carry Mabel as a name. Or something random like Fly or Devo.

ditavonteesed · 23/01/2014 16:50

she is goregous

Lovely little thing.
Moss, Fern or Fay spring to mind.

I am no longer on speaking terms with my Whippet. This morning I caught her removing solids from the cat litter tray. Vile Madam.

Call her "Oof"!
Which is the noise you will make every time she jumps on you with her pointy paws and elbows! Grin

My favourite names for the more delicate female sighthounds are Willow and Seren.

I do think names like Mabel, Betty and Ethel really suit them as well though.

I came to say Ella, but she doesn't look like an Ella in the photo. So it'll have to be Celeste instead.

of course you deserve her monkeyfacegrace it's just that we all deserve a whippet puppy as well.

Enjoy a cuddle with her for us.

Oh well done! I have a whippet. He was that little once. She is lovely. And won't take up much room on the sofa. Yet.
