penguinmum's creamy fish pie: smoky, seasonal fish in a creamy white sauce with grated, rather than mashed, tatties on top - a meal of the highest comfort-food order.

Oooh I love Matthew. Went to see him in Henry II at the Old Vic and he was great (although not in the same league as Kevin Spacey).

I know - I totally, totally love Keeley and wonder if this has something to do with my completely unreasonable dislike of Matthew ...

It has quite a history of romance doesn't it - look at Keeley and Matthew?

And splatter your blood all over Ros and the windscreen ...

Sorry, 'tis true.

You have all turned this into a brilliant thread.

I genuinely was convinced last night that someone HAD to die, so Malcolm was going to go home and top himself (barrenness of purpose blah blah blah). I'm not very good at predicting plot. grin

And I am also shocked at my continuing inability to tear my eyes off the bloke totty. I just have to say, whoever is the casting director of this show COMPLETELY understands me us, since every single Chief Bloke has been the perfect smouldering damaged hero, no?

Although I also sparked up a bit at the sexual tension in the stand-off between Roz and the American woman. Or was I just hoping imagining that?

Sigh.

Not repeated on BBC3 directly after any more, but next episode IS on on Friday grinshock - no spoilers please...

Hmm it does say he's dead on the Beeb website so maybe he is but I'm sure there was never a body.
yep - Bonfires is so right - the FFS face when the guy got shot ratherthan OMG was brilliant.
Ros is fab
But I can't believe they are such shits that the week Ruth comes back they get Malcolm to leave. There I was, all happy that Ruth is back and then Malcolm resigns.
[sigh]

I've only just discovered that Jo and Zaf are married in real life!

And really disappointed that the BBC haven't done a Spooks interactive site this year - those games were brilliant (though very time consuming).

Thought last night's ep was really good but agree it was a bit soft to let the little boy and Malcolm get away. Would never have happened in the deep fat fryer glory days.

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
