and as for the receptionist having a few bits done here and there..and her grotesquely mishaped norks... dear oh dear.

What a load of freaks!

The woman having her breasts put straight and her belly button moved seems to have things done as often as your average person changes their nail varnish,/hair colour.

Am liking how Louis challenged the surgeon just now, he's spot on. Surgeon should've said "I'm just happy to take all their cash"
