I've got some questions?
Who was the masked assailant who drove the truck full of walkers in and ran off? Possibly female (guessing looking at their physique)??
Surely Glenn and the Governor's paths would have crossed before they reached the prison?
I wish Glenn would stop being all revenge-y and get back to normal, though now Merle has reappeared he might want to kill him.
What happened to the 4 who were taken in by Carl? Have they gone their own way now as Rick said they couldn't stay while having "a moment" in the last episode or are they still locked up?
Glad Daryl is back! But poor Axel - just when he was getting on with Carol too.

The driver of the van puzzled me too, superoz. I'll need to watch it again but I think the driver got out and ran to the prison watchtower and then got shot. We definitely saw someone getting killed on the watchtower and as it wasn't one of the prison group, I can only think it was the driver.

Maggie shot the man in the watch tower, he wasn't the driver. The driver ran off past Michonne and presumably escaped, I missed how though

Presumably just a random from the governors crew. Think at least one of his shots would have got Carol, glad she didn't get shot but was a bit ... hmm

No idea how he got there without being spotted though, you'd have thought they would have been more alert!

Is Daryl coming back?

Just rewatched and paid better attention this time.

Daryl wins the award for walker kill of the season so far when he pulled the one out of the car where the mexican woman and baby were and slammed it's head in the tailgate with a very satisfying squelch Also noticed that Merle just stood back and watched Daryl clear that bridge of walkers. I think he realised that he needs Daryl now more than Daryl needs him.

Much as I'm bored with Rick's descent into madness, Andrew Lincoln is amazing in the role. Also love the scant nod he and Daryl exchange after Daryl rescues him from the walkers...love those two on screen together.

Was that Bono in the guard tower?

I thought Andrea was going to set off through the woods and maybe see what was happening and then she could shoot the governor. I think she has to kill him really, eventually, to redeem herself from being such an idiot!

HERE you all are! I've been over on the other thread waffling nonsense.

I agree the first ep was a bit meh but the second has started ramping it up again. I thought Daryl was amazing on the bridge and yes to the nod to Rick at the end.

I am sooo glad this is back but will have to try and hide my eyes til Friday nights.

I can't see how Merle can stay with the group after trying to kill a fair few of them already but I hope he doesn't start having a negative effect on Daryl. I hope Rick snaps out of it soon too. Can't wait to see Carols reaction on having Daryl back.

It is lovely that Daryl is back.....it's just a shames that he took his brother back with him

I really hope that someone takes the governor out soon, he is really annoying me now........and they can take out Andrea at the same time

As an aside a Walking Dead x box game is being released in March of Merle and Daryl kicking ass before they met up with the group in series one.

The whole Lori hallucinations thing got on my nerves.

I felt rather upset when the Colonel Sanders look alike prisoner got taken out.

Much as I hate Merle, I'm starting to have some sympathy for the character as we're starting to learn how their childhood has shaped the brothers. I think the actor who plays Merle is doing a brilliant job.

I know the Governor has an American accent but is anyone just a teeny bit annoyed that the baddie is being played by a Brit yet again.

SuckingDiesel he was finger lickin good, I was expecting him to fight with Daryl over Carol.

Yes, I suppose it's a bit stereotypical having a Brit play the bad guy but having a Brit as the good guy evens it up.

Anyone else watched this week's episode yet? I predict much shouting at the screen when you do I'll say no more til someone else has seen it.

The governor is the spotting image of my creepy ex. He makes my skin crawl, which sort of adds to the walking dead tension. Watching this weeks episode tonight, will report back!

Ugh, Andrea is a dick. She best get him killed soon before he does it to her. How would she get out if Woodbury if she killed him though, without being caught by the henchmen?

Just seen the latest episode! Bit of a slow burner but the last few minutes with Andrea made me tut. Stupid woman! I was half expecting the Governor to be pretending to sleep and then jump up and off Andrea. Oh well I was only hoping...

I smirked at Daryl's comment to Andrea about Axle - something along the lines of "we liked him, he was one of us"

Help! I haven't read the thread as I don't want to know what happened - but dammit, blast and other things - why was the return not advertised more??? I have just managed to catch ep 10 by chance tonight ans recorded it, but I have missed ep 9 <weeps> - is it repeated anywhere or can it be downloaded (legally obvs).
Oh I cannot not know what happened to Darryl!
