I have got the cashmere cardi in ultramarine- nice, sending back the St Ives cardi- totally shapeless, and keeping the satin plimsolls. Jigsaw did some last year almost identical but they sold out quickly.

Thinking about a bag, a dress- maybe the Must Have shift dress, and not sure what else but I can exchange the cardi and get 20% off other stuff.

Anyone else?

does it have to be about the spring stuff? I just ordered two dresses in the sale, marvellous merino one in purple and wrap one in green, both lovely, worn both already! Not even looked at the spring stuff yet...toooooo cold!

sorry but it's spring stuff- the sale stuff and last season has been done to death.

Spring stuff was 20% off in October/Sept and you can send back, re-order exchanges and still get 20% off.

I found the cashmere cardi too cropped.

I like the jersey henley and the printed top.

Sending about £500 worth back - phew.

It was offered to certain people back in October(ish) - over now. I think it's completely random the way they do it - sometimes I spend quite a lot in a season and don't get invited into the next Preview, and last season I didn't spend that much. But - as I and others have pointed out - whether the stuff actually ARRIVES is another matter - in fact when I called to enquire the woman sounded really vague about it "oh we're working through, I don't really understand why you haven't been emailed" - maybe I should take a tip from purplepeony and complain.

Nothing and nothing.

Seriously women, get over the Boden obsession, most of it is utterly bizarre and the things that aren't bizarre are .

BellIt was available to everyone the 20% off- it was actually on the home page of their preview website.

Georgi- thisis not meant be to e slag off Boden thread- it is supposed to be a thread for reviews instead of waiting for the reviews on their website. If you don't like it, don't join in!

Still waiting for my delivery but I have bought the much-mocked school run dress in pink:

Received my order today - no email confirmation which was most unlike them... 90% going back - bar the straight leg capris which fit my curves fab, may even order another pair with the 20% disc.

Essential scoop neck tees were a really thick cotton and clingy, stripy boyf cardie a bit blah and the pockets didn't seem to sit right def not worth the ££, stripy bereton was bizarely cream and grey and not white as I was expecting. Didn't get a few of the other tops I ordered so I guess they will turn up at some stage.

I got:
satin plimsolls in brown with pink laces - they are lovely and fit well

fab sandals in pink - they are absolutely gorgeous but I'm in the process of exchanging them for the green ones. They fit well but feel a bit hard - I'm hoping they will soften with wear

double layer twisted scoop in pink and blue - they are quite big but are comfy and the material is soft. The material looks a little on the cheap side, but I'm keeping them as I think they are not badly priced with the 20% off. They are much shorter than the autumn/winter double layer tops and the material isn't quite as nice as those.

green riviera jersey jacket - I bought a size up from my usual as I often find that Boden's jackets and coats are a bit small, but this was huge so I've sent it off for a size smaller. It was lovely soft material and I can see myself wearing it a lot. Very good value with the 20% discount.

I want to order a few dresses too.

Jajas - I was looking at that top - it's the kind of plain 'no print' thing I order from Boden - but does it avoid the 'omg not another one at her age' look?? (NB I mean my advanced age not your's obviously!)

Bell are we talking double layer twist top- Tshirt, short sleeves and no prints or are we talking Double Layer Twist scoop neck, all ditsy print?
The latter is too much like a maternity smoick for my liking- it's pretty but screams Fat face a bit to me and as I work endlessly at trying to maintain some sort of waist i refuse to hide under a sloppy top- they just don't flatter expecially as I have smallish boobs.

Hi purple - I was talking about the merino tunic that Jajas linked to. I rather like the look of in indigo (to wear with grey or off white trousers) - but was worried about possible 'maternity' effect. I agree completely re sloppy tops - and continental DH hates non-waisted stuff (and 'middle aged English' prints)- but I don't always dress for him and in fact got a black and grey simple tunic from boden this winter that he quite likes - crucially not baggy at front.

I got the favourite v neck cardi in purple (much prefer the summer cardis - much less bobbling due to high cotton mix), long everyday skirt in dark denim (fits well but will make me watch what I eat when I wear it!), double layer twisted scoop (v flattering - not too big and doesn't cling to any wobbly bits!), crinkle shirt in pink (I love these shirts!) and the essential shirt in green (much more fitted than previous ones but does look good). Nothing going back...

Bell- I see! Sorry. I almost ordered that tunic in blue. The colour in the cat looks different/better to the web- where it looks purple.
I sent back the merino tunic ( Helnely style) last season as i t was too long for me and looked maternity even in an 8.

I just wonder how much wear you'd get out of a wool tunic re. spring coming up?

we seem to like the same stuff- what about the Must Have shift- is the spotty awful in grey- maybe too big a print for me size 8-10 and petite- and it looks like a formal dress- don't do formal that much, or the other shift dress in bright blue floral-again a bit too floral?

The Pretty Summer Dress is quite nice in green but it is the same design as the colourblock dress which I have in black/grey and it's a smartish dress with a tight under-bust seam. Wonder how comfy it would be? Andit is floral!

I'm going to order the Merino tunic and just be ruthless about sending back - see what you mean about wool. Yes we do look at the same stuff - I also looked at the must have shift in grey (only grey!) and decided a bit too loud for my size and and bit too formal - maybe if you were going to something smart. The other shift I prefer in stone to blue floral - but think it looks v basic for price. And yes I looked at the 'pretty' in green and not sure about the bust. In general I note that with a lot of the dresses the model is sitting down/bending etc and I wonder whether this is to give some shape to what is a rather frumpy basic cut/length (and in some cases hideous print) seen full on.

But I have gone on enough - haven't even got any of my stuff yet!
