I have noticed that in long
posts, suddenly there appears a rogue space.

Is this a secret door into the wonderful world of MNHQ, or something more mundane to do with the arcane world of coding?

I first noticed it when people write lists, e.g. those attending the MN Christmas party. Every so often, there would a rogue space in someone's name.

BIWI -- because it only occurs in the first 9 characters in every 9th line. The lines where the random space is inserted later than the 9th character won't show up the space.
