What would new Mum of twins (DC3 / 4) appreciate as a present?

A friend has just had twins (DC3 and DC4 - was supposed to be third and final child!). I want to give a gift but have no idea what. My friend has all the essentials she needs from DCs 1 & 2, and more babygros, outfits and toys than you can shake a stick at. Any ideas from veteran Mums on what might be appreciated? I live overseas so unfortunately can't donate my own time for things like babysitting.

the price of a cleaner for a couple of weeks when dad goes back to work. You could get some local refs and book it over the phone perhaps?

The best presents I had after dt's dc's 4 and 5 were born, were meals. It was life safer that an offers to take other dc's out for an hour or two!

Sleep. But that may be difficult to organise.

Someone once linked to a website that did fantastic ready meals. proper home cooked delicious meals, not salt filled crap.

Or someone who would come and pick up her ironing once a week

Ready meals delivered! Or an omline shop with pampering stuff for her or contact a cleaner locally and pay for it, or pay for one of those ironing people that collect and deliver back to you

Would love to be able to provide some meals (the best present someone gave me after I had DS was stocking my fridge and freezer) but unfortunately living overseas so can't do that. Will look into the ready meals option. And possibly send her a pair of earplugs too!

How about ordering her a fruit basket from M&S? I received one after the birth of my DTs and really appreciated having lovely fresh fruit to gorge on while trying to load up on calories for breastfeeding and energy

I took my sister in law a big basket of healthy snacks she could eat with one hand as she has to keep eating almost constantly and is breastfeeding all the time.
LIDL sell a wide and lovely selection of dried fruit, seeds, nuts, trail mix, random German biscuits and things, plus I got her cakes, malt loaf...she was very pleased about that.

When my mum had her twins, someone gave her one of those hygienic nappy bins and it was a godsend. I'm sure you could order online and have it delivered to her house.
