Pregnancy

ahem...orgasms in sleep...

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and had another intense orgasm in my sleep last night which woke me up.

This has happened about 5 times since I've been pg. Wish it was 5 times a night but everytime it happens it mystifies me all the same. I can't even remember what I was dreaming about.

Am I the only (lucky but smug) one that this has happened to in pregnancy?

I'm not even one of those few women that turn out to be a nympho when they are pregnant.

Why did you feel embarrassed? It is one of the few perks in pregnancy imo.

I didn't wake DP up but rang him at work this morning to gloat to him.

'ooooh guess what happened to me last night...'

Oh goodness yes. Twice so far and I'm 13 weeks. No idea what I was dreaming about, not interested in anything rude when I'm awake and I almost never manage it when conscious anyway.

It's quite a nice side effect after the nausea, fatigue etc. And I believe it is quite common.

About 10 or so years ago, I read one of those Cosmo sex surveys and I remember that some miniscule percentage of women get these regularly (something like 4%).

It is, without doubt, the most fantastic little clique to belong to

no, I had no idea - I didn't even know anything about them till I read that article - just thought I must have been a nympho or something

now I realise I am just blessed

big brother? you shameless reality tv watcher you - I could think of about 100 reasons why not to go on there.

I imagine if you put down on your form that you had orgasms in your sleep, you'd definitely get a place in the house.

no nor do I - but I imagine if you told people you had them in your sleep, that would possibly be their perception of what happened
