hi their for most off my pregnancy a had grade 4 pp in out hospital and at 35 weeks had scan it was 9mm from os so doctor hopefull would move further had scan this week at 38+1 and showed placenta 13mm from the os so iv automaticallybeen booked for csection next tues 29/10/2013 my question is my babys head is fully engaged and i have an anterior placenta which means my csec will be more complicated as they will have too cut through too ge too bby and as my baby is engaged isnt that a good sign that a vbirth is still possible and that csection would be more riskier giving that placenta is also anterior any advice or someone with similar experience would be great as really if can would like avoid csec thnks
