Great news. Not sure if I'm having one yet. As DS is only 5months, am under no illusions that it is more for me than him, but would love to dress him up. Sainsbury's do an amusing pumpkin outfit!!!

Last year, the children in our street met up to make lanterns and masks in the afternoon, then went home to change and came out again to go door to door (some of our elderly neighbours had actually asked us if we would bring them trick or treating, so they could stock up with sweets in advance).

It was hilarious to watch the children all being freaked out by each others' masks, when they only been sat next to each other making them half an hour earlier.

We are having a party, last year I did at at home and it was great so much so that about four mums want to hold it this year. So rather than hold lots of little parties we are hiring a hall and doing it in their . we are all bringing enough food to feed our guests and at least one game.

I will be doing severed hand jelly, spider cakes and I think I will be doing hunt for the bugs in slime (aka spaghetti and food colouring!).

Was considering having one for kids instead of them having birthday parties this year.

My kids go to the one at school so they don't go round the streets.
