Well what should I say to my five year old? So far I've been saying you'll end up being unhealthy but this means nothing to her.
Eating too many sweets means her teeth will fall out but what do I say about chips and crisps? I don't use the word fat. Should i use a clinical term? I dont want her to then start hectoring other kids in the playground. Do I say something cutesy like she'll turn into a chip?
Honest advice needed please.
