Wedding dress alterations disaster - please help

[Message from MNHQ: We've temporarily hidden the images on this thread until after the Big Day, at the OP's request.] Posting here for traffic as I'm in a bit of a panic and need urgent advice. Went to pick up my strapless ball gowny wedding dress on Sunday. It was in for shortening and to have the bust fitted as it was gaping a bit at the front. I put the dress on and horror of horrors it was massively too tight on top. Boobs squashed a la Jodie Marsh and major over spillage on the back and underarm where previously it had sat nicely flat. Dress maker was shocked, couldn't understand but it was obvious she had taken in the cups too much. She offered to let out the sides of the dress for a fee which I handed over in desperation. Went back last night to collect and there is still spillage under the arm. I've tried scooping/sweeping but there isn't enough room in the cup (sweetheart neckline so no extra room for squishing in). She said there is nothing else she can do. I, like a fool, thanked her and left in a panic. Went straight round to my BMs house and tried it on again. No amount of sweeping or tugging at me or the dress helps any. We are going to buy body tape and try taping the affected areas down, pulling them under the dress do the tape can't be seen, if you know what I mean. I can't see it working. I have managed to get an emergency appointment next week with another dressmaker but she doesn't seem too hopeful. We are assuming the bust can't be let out again as she had cut away the fabric when she took it in. So what options are there? It's a zip back dress and it can't take a corset back due to the heavy beading on the bodice so that's out. Does anyone else have any other bright ideas? My wedding is just over 2 weeks away and I am desperate . Please someone help me!!
