They closed off a street in the west end yesterday so they could go toy shopping - apparently the police are a bit pissed off as they are the only people with the authority to do this!! - Their bouncers made cars move and were really rude!!

Lets hope that they stay in Madrid for the foreseeable future!!

I have to say, if I were made of money, I would build myself a folly (probably not a ruin, though). There was one in the garden of a posh house near where I grew up and you could see it from the A3, I always thought it looked cool, it was a sort of Rapunzel tower thing.

Really Oliveoil? Maybe you are just not insane enough! A folly is a totally useless building built by someone (usually mad aristo but sometimes not) on a whim. Often in the grounds of stately homes.

I actually live in sight of a folly built in the 18th century by, yes, a mad aristo who fancied a better view so built a 'ruined' castle on top of a hill. I like it!

in the 18th century people who had too much money had fake 'caves' and hollows built into their stately home gardens. Then they actually paid hermits to come and live in them so that they would be thought of as intellectually and spiritually superior by connection. I reckon posh ought to have such a cave built and elect to live in it herself, along with her plastic tits and hair extensions.And swear never to make any records ever again.....
