Why scared? Is it that it might be a bit too raw? Cruse are FAB people, honsetly. The first appointment is the worst as you don't know what to expect.

In fact, the way to the first app is probably the worst thing. When you're there, it really really won't seme as bad

Please please don't be scared. Although speaking to strangers (yes I know we're all strangers ), I can see how that might be a bit scary and unknown

Of course it is normal. You have such a rough time recently. Take a breath and just let it all out.

Trintiy, the fact that you are crying is a good thing. It is an important part of the grieving process. It would be worrying if you weren't. Trust me grieving now saves a lot of problems occuring in the future. Nine years on and i am only now really dealing with my grief and it sucks.

Take one day at a time. if you need to cry cry, if you need to manically run round and blitz do. You will get there. it will get better and that song makes me cry sometimes too. Its just a lovely song.
