claiming Incapacity Benefit due to mental ill health

Anyone got any tips? My mental health support worker keeps nagging at me to give up one of my jobs, and I've looked into it and my other job is below the threshold to affect IB (or whatever they are calling it now). I could probably get it, as I can't really work a lot of the time and I do end up in hospital now and again, but it feels a bit like giving in to the mental illness. What should I do?

i get DLA because of mental illness - i actually work too. All i can say is give as much information as you can - it's feels like being naked infront of the person dealing with the forms but it's the only way they will beieve you - good luck
