i have put on a new a/d and i just feel like i have no motivation no energy and my house is starting to look like a tio head, any tios would be great

is there any chance you could afford a cleaner, even if it is just temporary?

no i couldnt afford a cleaner, we left r ironing in once and it was like 70 quid i near had a fit!

Did you have more motivation with the old a/d or were you on nothing before?

Set yourself small targets eg tidy one room or part of one room, and promise yourself a treat afterwards eg cup of coffee. I usually find I do more than I set myself.

i was only on the old one for about 3 weeks thats all, but have no energy on this new one at all.

yeh will havw to try and get my arse in2 gear
