I'm hoping you might be able to help me make a decision on whether to mention this to my GP, in the sense that I wonder if anti-ds might help? i have 10 month old dd and have been back at work for nearly 10 weeks. since coming back, i have really changed - i'm intolerant, stressed out, anxious and generally knarcky (sp?). i am not sleeping well and consequently feel exhausted all the time. i have been off work for either 1 or two days at a time, 5 times in 10 weeks, with either dd or myself being ill. I have had swollen glands for 5 weeks now and last week, I lost my voice, it is only gradually coming back and my throat still hurts. i am often tearful at work and little things that normally wouldnt bother me are really upsetting me.
my dd is a delight but i am so tired and she is up early every day. dh is supportive but doesnt really understand how i am feeling.
can anyone suggest anything? i know i sound like a total whinge-bag and i apologise
