I'm really struggling with my panic disorder at the moment and was prescribed 50mg of sertraline 3 weeks ago but i feel no different. I'm as anxious as ever, not leaving the house still and sinking into a deeper depression. I need to go back to the gp for a review but I can't face going out of the house yet. I don't know what else they'd be able to offer me.
