I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and as you can imagined I have times when I feel very depressed and anxious. The one thing that seems to really help me is maintaining an organised and structured life, however Christmas coupled with an already bad spell of depression which was worsened by the passing away of my father has left me totally out of whack. My dad died on December 17th and while I know I'm still grieving him, I know he would want me to get on with my life and be as happy as possible. Yet I can't find the motivation or energy to get back into a regular schedule.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get reorganised and back into a regular schedule?
