Tips for keeping going when you feel like giving up?

I could really do with some advice on how to keep functioning when even the smallest of tasks feel insurmountable.

Basic personal hygiene, getting out of the house, even just getting out of bed feel like huge chores atm.

This is what I do. Open curtains in bedroom and windows. Prop pillow against headboard. Tune into radio2. Go downstairs. Make breakfast of chopped freash fruit, tomato juice and mug of tea. Set tray, go back upstairs. Sit on bed in pj's and eat breakfast looking out window. If I achieve this, things can only get better. Set tiny small achievable goals. Even if it's just to brush your teeth. See where life takes you after you achieve this.
