I have long term depression so i know how you feel.
I have given up on anti d's but im waiting for psychological councelling,are you on meds or having treatment?

Stopped the ads, was in serious danger of o/ding! Stopped seeing my counsellor coz I just couldn't see me getting 'better' but have phoned today to get appt as I have no other support. My life is seriously getting me down, I just want to be normal! Thanks pfnm.

I think that is a good idea because you need some support..
I cant wait for my appointment to come through.
If you need to talk im here(sorry sounds corny)i find it can help to talk to another sufferer as only they can understand the illness.

Ive been waiting months now and is probably still months away as they couldn't give any indication.It is classed as intensive treatment so they dont rush people through iynwim but probably because i had to go out of my area it is taking longer.
