I think I remember you because you do indeed have bad mother in law problems.
What went better in the last 23 days?
And are you about to have a period?

Yes huge mother in law problems.

May seem odd/strange but I was thinking one day whilst sat in the rain on a park bench.. Suddenly I was like fuck this life.. You need to start living.

Good that you had that thought.

Do you think that hormones are making things worse for you?

You sond like youve made big advances in your thinking. During any recory there are always setbacks - this is normal so try not to give yourself a hard time because you are feeling this way.

I would try to hang on to the fact you are reflective and thoughtful enough to have had your 'fuck this' moment in the first place. You could try to see how you could cut out any crap in your life - being proactive might help you to a new way forward OR distract yourself with whatever - I normally try to read.

I hope this helps in some way. Do you have someone in RL you can talk to?
