I've been contemplating this for a couple of years (bit of a procrastinator me...) but I'm still undecided about whether to sign up - it's a considerable, savings-wiping amount of money, and I can't see how I can be away from 15 month old DS for a week, but am tempted none the less. Has anybody participated on it, or knows someone who has done it?

My friend did.

I think she found it useful. I get the impression it is very powerful when you are there, but like all these things it looses its edge away from the leader/the other participants. Not sure she is "cured" - is anyone ever - but I think she'd agree it helped.

She has made a number of good friends/contacts through it too.

They do sell closure sessions too, which are more money but maybe offer a bit more help when you need it.

They offer free taster evenings if you are near one - www.hoffmaninstitute.co.uk/events-infoeves.html

Good luck.
