Research indicates that mothers prefer counselling to antidepressant medication. However, there is little research how those mothers experience counselling, or how counselling can best meet their needs. I am looking for mothers who received counselling in the first three years of motherhood.
Participation in the study simply involves a 45 minute discussion. All information is kept strictly confidential. I am a Trainee Counselling Psychologist (BPS member 166572) doing a doctorate at London Metropolitan University, where this study has been ethically approved.
If you are interested please email and I will send you more information. Thank you. Laura Ruaro Bhatia [email protected]

Can you help with a study looking at mothers' experiences of counselling?
