Because I am going mad trying to find exactly what I want online (no shops that I can get to before the weekend here).

I had a lovely pair of 3/4 running tights. Adidas made them - but can't remember the name. Tight and supportive and light. But they have come apart on the seam on the inside of my thighs and rubbed a couple of nasty little sore patches They have done me proud I suppose - 18m of wear 3 times a week. DH got me some others for my bday but they don't feel the same.

Also a running bra. I want one that keeps them still. I don't give a flying t*ss what they look like. Don't need a cleavage or uplift of any of that crap. If I could nail 'em down I would

Please tell me what to get. And where if possible. Less than 30 for the tights if poss.

these?

I have these and they are great!

I wear a Nike bra top thing - although can't find it on their website - I have 34DD boobs and the bra sort of keep them tight to your body so they don't bounce around and is far more comfortable than the ones that actually look like bras. sort of like this

I have these Nike tights - they're really good. Much better than the 55 quid Sweaty Betty ones I also bought because they looked nice [doh].

Sports bra - I've got a Shock Absorber level 4 - keeps them securely strapped down.

Thanks. I got some Nike short tights . Well it is nearly summer. And a sports bra whose name I forget - but not a well-known brand. It looks good though. I didn't want seams or catches.
