Ok, i've just got myself a 2nd hand trampette but it came with no instructions. Now I know i'm under the weight restriction, but are they not supposed to feel as bouncy as a normal trampoline or has mine been overstretched already?
What should I do, just jog on it or bounce but with my feet always on the trampoline? Any advice welcome. I bought it as a colleague has been using one and she really looks as if she's lost loads after i'd been away for 5 weeks.
