Sorry if this question has been asked before, but what site/app do you all recommend for downloading C25K from? I've never been a runner, but need a new challenge, and thought this would be worthwhile. Thank you.

I have the nhs one. It's fine, straightforward and the narrator is easy to listen to. I like it, but I'm sure there are more jazzy ones out there. I've not looked for them though as I quite like the calm voice on the nhs one.

The NHS one.. I managed it and I hadn't run for 30 years.. It is such a sense of achievement
