whoch exercise gives the quickest results?

Which exercise regime gives the fastest result for Barong myself in a bikini? I'm not overweight but I'm in bad need of toning up before a last minute holiday with (my very fit!) friends. We go in about a month.
I'm thinking of exercise DVDs (I've done 30 day shred before but I could buy a different one), running although I've not run for years, or going to the gym or classes.
Which do you think would give me quickest results - especially for wobbly thighs!!

I've tried the 30 day shred but recently (Easter) started running. I can notice a difference, I honestly think it's the best overall exercise.
I haven't changed my diet but I've lost weight and toned up. (Kicks myself for not dieting too and I'd be even skinnier by now Wink)

Sean how far do you run? I've never gone beyond 6k so it might not make such a difference

Running is good for fitness, but not so good for weightless. My understanding is that because the human body is actually designed to move like that, it's very efficient at it.

I can recommend fitness blender for a range of high intensity work outs and strength stuff which I use as well as running. I call them my vanity work outs Grin

High intensity is the best in my opinion, fitness blender has some good exercises or if you have access to a treadmill do 30sec sprint 30 sec rest for 16 rounds! You will die after but it's very good for weight loss.

I'm the same, slim but wobbles Wink currently doing 30 day shred, just gone onto level 2 not sure if I'm convinced...

I would recommend running too but I can't get out due to DH working away and no childcare.

Have also done 7 minute workout too, that kills!

Planking and squats were my pre holiday workout plus cutting out bread

some sort of basic strength training programe would prob be best

Really it's going to take a few weeks to build the strength and neuromuscular coordination required to lift heavy enough to make much difference.
CV fitness also takes time to build
There are no shortcuts, takes patience and dedication ?to get in shape,

I love barong-ing the bikini!
I've been running since about Feb/March, and wouldn't say it's a great toner-upper for the beach. I've Davina 7-min-fit - maybe try fat burner + abs daily?

Thanks everyone. Off to look at fitness blender and 7 min fit. Never done either before. In the meantime I started 30 day shred yesterday & I'm feeling a bit stiff today which has to be a good sign.

I combine 30ds with ripped in 30.
I also get ideas from fitness people on Instagram.
I also takes bits from fitnessblender and do Pilates after each workout.
I exercise every other day plus I walk the dogs twice a day.
I've not lost weight but I'm looking and feeling slimmer and stronger.
