After a bit of advice - what is the best type of exercise to slim and tone legs? My legs have always been my problem area. They're naturally chunky and seem to have got worse since entering my 30's and having a baby. I have quite a lot of cellulite and saddle bags . The only time they've ever looked half decent was in my teens when I rode horses everyday for years. This is not an option these days.
I've always been active and weight in general isn't an issue - just my sausage legs! In the past I've been to body combat regularly and pre baby I ran a lot. Also tried spinning and Pilates. I'm currently doing the 30 day shred and 30 day squat challenge. My torso/abs look visibly different in just a few weeks but sadly my legs look just as flabby.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
