Excerise routine to flatten stomach

I am going on holiday in a month and I would be very greatful for anyone who can give me an example of a workout that means you end up with a toned stomach, preferably one you can do at home.

It depends what your starting point is. You can't spot reduce fat so if you have fat you want to lose from your stomach then you need to burn calories and probably cut calories from your diet as well as do exercises to tone the muscles. I'd recommend Jillian Michaels workouts. The 30 day shred is good, combines strength, cardio and core work. She also has one called 6 week 6 pack. I've not tried this one but it sounds ideal for you.

I've had fantastic results from the 30 day ab challenge. Me and DD have been doing it together and we're both looking really toned. It's easy and first but gets really, really difficult from day 15 onwards. If you stick with it though you will get results. Doing some cardio along with it as well will help tone your whole body.

Try doing some crunches daily, Increase your water intake and keep on cardio work. But for additional toning, use weights along with other equipment, Sit ups are great for ab muscles too. As long as you're committed and also you keep up your routine, you will notice results.

I think pilates is worth looking at, especially if you can have some one to one lessons
