I'm already on week 3, just done my second fit test. I did better than the first day so it's definitely working! Good Luck Grin

Good to hear too, and I'm impressed you stuck it too week 3 hope I can too!

Just did the fit test and oh boy I'm in bad shape!

I couldn't complete all the tests due to lingering backache from the twin pregnancy (I'm 2 months csection pp)
But I can do the cardio tests so will keep going with what I can do and hopefully my back will strengthen and one day I can complete an entire fit test!!

It's really full-on, try not to overdo it. I've never had a c-section so can't say whether I personally would have been ready.

There's an awful lot of jumping involved, I've found my knees are starting to get a little tender so I've starting taking glucosamine.

Rather than try the whole programme, maybe you could watch the DVDs on fast forward to pick out which routines you think you could handle until your back gets better.

It's a good workout though, I sweat loads doing it which I love as I know it's doing something and I have the proof now too with the fit test results.

Well done you guys! im v impressed.
I'm just looking at this too. How long are the workouts and how are you fitting them around babies? I have a 3 month old and not sure how I can fit it in during the day with him. Is it every day?
Don't want to waste money if its going to be impossible to stick to...

I'm still doing it, on week 4 now. You do it 6 days a week so I start on Mondays and have Sunday as my day off. My youngest is 2 so not really a baby now!

I do mine first thing in the morning before the school run (middle DS likes to get up at 6am), I find it sets me up for the day. The workouts in month one are usually around 40 minutes but that's warm-up, stretch, routine and another stretch so it doesn't actually feel that long (saying that though I do sometimes start willing the countdown clock to go faster). I'm really enjoying it so far.

I need to start this, planning on this Monday.
But DS is 6m and I had a normal delivery.
Think 2m post C section would be way too
soon- leave it at least another 6-8 weeks
minimum so you don't hurt yourself! Good
to hear others are getting on well with it ;)

Oh good luck. I did the fit test by itself 3
Weeks ago and haven't done anything
Else yet!! Ha. Have you noticed changes
in a month? Starting today if all goes to
plan!

Not noticed much physical change TBH but not expecting to as I'm not doing the nutrition guide. My arms do seem more toned though from all the push-ups.
