After Shred...something similar?

I second the recommendation of Ripped in 30.

It's essentially the same 3-2-1 share as the Shred but you get shorter sets in the strength sections but more moves, so more variety.

And there is a level 4!!

Oh and be prepared to sweat and curse a bit - but it is great fun. And Jillian' is right " in your face" and basically not very nice atall!

What about other Jillian stuff? Ripped in 30 is quite short or 6 Week 6 Pack which is 30 mins. L2 is v v tough (and I am no exercise wimp!)

There is also The Firm or Billy Blanks. A bit longer, but you can cut out stuff.

We are coming to the end of Shred and would like something similar...none of that dancing or Zumba style stuff! Time is limited so a DVD that is only 20-30mins in length like Shred.
Any recommendations? Our level of fitness is pretty good so we are happy to have a hard work out.
