Jillian Micheals 6 week 6 Pack

Ive been doing the shred and have noticed some results which is good. My tummy is the main bit I want to tone so was thinking about the 6 week 6 pack dvd.

Anyone done it? Is it any good? harder than the shred?

Ooh, Pigley, can't help you with the 6 week 6 pack but wondered if you might have the answer to the shred question I just posted!

I am very impressed with the Shred so far - the way she keeps it moving and it's so short that you don't have time to get bored (which has been an issue with me for exercise videos before- when you know what's coming next, it's easy to focus on being tired/bored/fed up)

Do you know if the 6 week 6 pack is in the same kind of circuit format? If so, I reckon it'd be worth a try.

I did 6W6P and had good results from it.

It is different from 30DS in that it only has 2 levels. On each level there is a warm up and cool down, but instead of 3x 6 minute circuits, there is one 'circuit' of ~15mins which is then repeated before the cool down. L2 has more cardio in it than L1.

I like 6W6P Grin, i think its my favourite of all my JM dvds (because it has less cardio in it and i don't much go for the cardio..Wink).
