Do I need to be worried?

Put her in her cot for 5 minutes while I hoovered the bedrooms. Don't know where the hell she got the rubber from, all I can think of is one of the other DC must have left it on top of the drawers that are within DD's reach.

Found her happily munching away, little bits of blue rubber round her mouth

I wouldn't be too concerned personally as it's a one off and I'm sure nothing toxic there. I'm sure she'll be fine and must have been a satisfying texture or something!

She'll be fine, expect a blue-speckled poo in a day or two.

What are rubbers made of, anybody know?

I went to visit another MNer when dd was 5 months old (5hr drive, broken up with lots of stops, took more like 8hrs) and DD ate the card insert to a CD. Some of it came out utterly undigested. You could read the blurb.

pencils are great for them to eat - and glittery stuff - really makes for some intersting poos.

And if they get hold of that polysyrene packaging stuff (that crumbles like snow) and eat that it comes all with 100's of little white balls Grin

yes we've had sparkly poo without ever having had any glitter in the house. People send cards with bits of glitter on them (especially those commerciallyy produced sparkly Christmas cards) - those well chewed make for very festive nappies.

How are you doing anyhow?

Haven't "spoken" to you for months - last time we spoke on here you weren't in a good place

Grin at eating a condom! that would be a bit worrying

I'm doing good thanks MaMo, finally on the right combination of meds and feel better than I have done in a long time. Its so nice to just feel normal.

If you're a crap mum then there are no words to describe how totally terrible I must be! DS2 and even more DS3 have eaten just about everything there is! Soil from the plant pot was a particular favourite, but they're not fussy (except about food!)

Hello Chipping Grin

You have all made me feel so much better!

DS had a thing for slugs. Can't think for the life of what the attraction was.
