My dear old Dad rang up a while back and announced they'd decided to call the new puppy Beaver.

We had to tell him.

lol at fiodyl

tell her to get a grip and refuse to make her any more cups of tea until she comes to her senses

MsDemeanor · 04/06/2008 14:36

I think you have to tell her what Reefer means. Maybe she's only heard of the jacket. She must know! Say, 'what like dope or weed?' and see how she takes it.

She might be winding you up - we told people Chlamydia Sasparilla for a girl and Isambard Ira Benvolio Ozymandius (sp) for a boy

(someone did believe the Chlamydia one)

I like 'em. But then, my own boys name choice causes tumbleweed effect too.

Should have shut up til the baby comes - then people don't really seem to care as much.
