I've already posted 'bout Josephine, I particularly like the nn Posy.
Howeer, one of my all-time favourite names is Iris, cool and classy I feel, less cutesy than the very sweet Posy and needs no nickname.
I've already got a Violet so would that be a charming floral combo or too twee? My feeling is it doesn't really matter but I'd be interested to hear opinions.
Be so much easier if baby's a boy, dd and I have both been set on Hector ever since expecting dd1.
