Why are their faces side on? Why do they live so far from one another? Who's parents are granny and grandpa pig? Why is there a mr bull and a Mrs cow, are they married? Does mr rabbit ever get confused as to which Miss/mrs rabbit is his wife?
And why do all the animals begin with the same letter (peppa, pig. Pedro, pony. Susie, sheep) except George.

Aaaaaaahhhhh ill child Sad

There's only 1 Mrs Rabbit, but she has many jobs.

The people who created it said they made the houses on top of hills as that's how children draw their houses.
Granny and grandpa pig are mummy pig's parents.
Not sure about Mr Bull and Mrs Cow.
Miss Rabbit has the jobs.
Mrs Rabbit is her sister and has the
Kids.

Cousin Chloe and Baby Alexander are pigs without alphabet names.

Daddy Pigs brothers spiky beard really disgusts me.

And how come Delphine Donkeys phone call asking if she can come stay happens when her train is about to pull in? Talk about presumptive!

Side on:
Same as most cartoons, they look bloody weird straight on.

Distance e from each other:
I can't say I've noticed that? Tbh.

Granny and grandad pig:
Granny pig is mummy pigs mum but not daddy pigs. Grandad pig is daddy pigs dad but not mummy pigs. They got together after their respective partners died and got turned into Walls.

Mr Bull and Mrs Cow:
Mr Bull is obviously gay and Mrs Cow is his best friend, they often go to Discotheques together but they're not together. Though they do have a pact that if they're still both single by the time its time to go to the butchers that they'll get married.

Confused Mr Rabbit:
All miss rabbits are his wives.

George not having a P name:
George is a Gloucestershire Old Spot which is a type of pig.

Happy to help.

Grin

They all live on separate hills because their local council, where daddy pig works flexitime, has hardcore planning restrictions and mandatory tiny class sizes. Council has relaxed its policies, however, on cars, boats, cranes and automated camper vans roaming freely, and courts investment from TV production companies (Mr Potato Head).

Children draw their houses on top of hills?

Mine don't. Should I be worried?

The best episode ever is when Mr Wolf asks Daddy Pig if his house is made out of bricks. Daddy Pig replies "Yes, so don't even think about it!"
DS and I dissolve into fits of giggles everytime.

I heard recently that autistic children are mostly likely to be drawn towards peppa pig, why is that.?

How do we know for sure if Granny & Grandpa Pig are Mummy Pigs parents? Have I missed an episode in which this is clarified?!

Doesn't peppa pig try on some stuff in granny pigs attic that her mum used to try on.

Yes, and they play "Birdie Birdie woof woof" which Granny and Grandpa pig say that Mummy Pig always used to play as a child.

Today has been slightly less peppa pig, mixed it up with Ben and holly which I'm finding slightly less irritating! At least some of my questions have been answered.

My 16m DS is obsessed too. Wants it on in the background no matter what we are doing, playing, drawing, eating. He will bring me the remote if I put something else on, turn it off or the adverts come on.

I HATE THAT I KNOW THE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION!

That's all.

Would anyone like to provide an Eternal-Sunshine-of-the-Spotless-Mind type service, whereby you can erase all children's programming from your brain at the end of each day? It would free up memory space for stuff like Beowulf, the twelve times table and my PIN number, but it would also make viewing each nerve-gratingly repetitive episode less of a fucking chore.

I saw an episode about a time capsule Peppa and her nursery friends were doing the other day. It turned out that Daddy and Mummy Pig also did one when they were at nursery, along with all the other parents.

So, if all the parent animals were at nursery together and all ended up pairing up with the same animal of the opposite sex, what does this mean for Peppa's romantic future since the only other pigs we meet seem to be related to her? Will Peppa's generation be the one to escape the confines of their very hilly village just to diversify the gene pool?
