Mine is not terribly exciting but it seems only polite to make a contribution

I live a few doors down from the house where I was born, very close to the village church. I grew up listening to the sound of the bells. When I moved back I was pleased to hear their familiar chimes again, until I discovered that the church had long been derelict and the clock stopped years ago.

Still, I continued to hear the bells nearly every night, until the church was finally demolished last year.

there is probably a completely rational explanation for what I was actually hearing but tonight I am living in the land of woo and whimsy

I honestly think there's something in my house. My self and dd (17) have both heard the gas cooker clicking in the middle of the night (we were the only ones in the house) and if a light is left on downstairs, once we're in bed, it will suddenly switch off with an audible click.

Went camping in the woods once to just get away from it all for a weekend. Took my camera with me to get some good shots of nature. The trip went well, very relaxing. Enjoyed the solitude.

Got the pictures developed.

Was thumbing through them, a couple of the nature shots came out nice.

As a child I was home alone and sitting on the computer, must have been about 14. I heard the swoosh of an arrow flying through the air and felt it whizz past my head... Well of course it was nothing but I was absolutely convinced that I had heard and felt it. It scared me so much that I left and went to a friends house. I still have no idea what it was other than an overactive imagination.

I've seen that comic before. the warning is that some bits are animated. Bit of a jump scare.

Not so much spooky, but a bit weird. I've lived in this house for 11 years, and every so often, you can hear a ding ding ding sound. Like someone hitting metal with metal. Always the same sound, the same notes. Very random. Never managed to discover the source. It's not in the house but somewhere within a half mile radius. Did wonder if it was something to do with the railway track, but that's about two or three miles away.
