1. they caught it early so will be able to treat it and monitor you and the baby to make sure you are safe
2. he's presumably now out of your life and you can concentrate on yourself and your baby without having to worry about where he is, who he's with or anything else to do with the faithless fucker
3. you have nothing to be embarrassed about - he's the one who should be hanging his head in shame, not you and the fact that he isn't shows you just what a worthless twat he is.
