I had my DS exactly a year ago but have become unexpectedly pregnant again, i am 7 weeks now
I didn't manage to lose all my baby weight from DS, but had been starting to drop an lb or so a week in the last few months from eating more healthily and salsa classes. BMI was about 26 and now down to 24.5 or something (pre DS it was 22 ish)
I was really hoping to keep the weight loss up, as it's making me feel a lot better about myself, but is this feasible in my first trimester? And is it healthy? I know I'm not overweight but I still feel 'big' for me. Has anyone else done this? I don't intend to go crazy - I've been having three good-sized meals a day (cereal+fruit, soup and sandwich, spag bol) but avoiding snacks unless hungry and that is about it.
I would really like my weigt gain this time to be mostly bump not flab!
AIBU?
To keep losing weight while pg
