In the shops until December. Then I'm the one panic buying from abroad paying more in shipping that the item is worth.

My sister stores everything in the loft bedroom, her kids think the ladder is only for grown ups. Grin

In the loft, in wardrobes (no one ever goes in a wardrobe in this house except me it seems), at the neighbours house (she lives alone in a huge 4 bed so half the street keep presents at her house), garden shed, back of food cupboards, airing cupboard. Even the boot of my car a bit closer to December.

On top on the wardrobe. It has a sort of sunken top. Bike was kept at grandpa's house. Mine done get stacks of stuff though and there's only two of them.

We have a large trunk as a coffee table in the living room, everything related to the DCs is in there! I do giggle when they're leaning on it and doing pictures.

In my wardrobe, in the delivery boxes. I don't seem to have inquisitive DCs!

In this cabinet from ikea!
I put pretty wallpaper on the inside of the doors so you can't see in. It has a lock so no sneaky DC can get in. Xmas Grin

I guess this year will have to be the loft, previous years it has been cupboards above our bed, but dd 5, is now tall enough to open them. Unless I use the garage. Could possibly store at my mum's but dd explores there when visiting too.

Hoping for another 2 years of believing.

In my wardrobe as I accumulate them. When there is a decent amount/ they are getting on my nerves, they go up into the attic.

I always make a list of what goes up, to make sure it comes back down. The list stays in my bedside drawer. DCs can read, but few can read my indecipherable scrawl.

In my bedroom under a blanket. The dcs are 2 and 5 so I will have to pick a better place sharpish.

My parents live a few doors down so I could use theirs I suppose.

In locked suitcases on top of the wardrobe. No idea what I'm going to do with dd's bike though. I may have to talk nicely to my neighbours!

In small Amazon cardboard boxes on top of the study bookshelves. Will need to think of somewhere else when DD grows a bit more curious - I have an office of my own at work so could store them there perhaps.

Ours are usually under our bed, in the built in cupboard and in/on top of our wardrobe. Luckily the kids dont look in any of our cupboards. Some years if the boxes have been big they are just left out in plain boxes in our room, the kids have never tried to look.

In the past the loft but I cant stand the pressure and stress of the xmas eve removal anymore, esp as older dd is now a v late sleeper.
So this year, I am trialing under the bed ..easier access for me to get to wrap etc and bring out on xmas eve.

Corner of my bedroom, all wrapped and stacked in amazon boxes. If any of the dc question the boxes arriving and piling up I tell them they are birthday presents. One advantage of 3 of the dc's all having birthdays within 23 days of Christmas

Small things: in empty cereal boxes in the futility room.

Bigger things: in suitcases.

Bigger things like bikes: at Grandad's house.

My parents used to keep ours underneath the the sofa (it flipped up) and would smile to themselves when my sister and I used to be talking all excitedly about "I wonder what FC is bringing!" - you're sitting on them, you bananas! Xmas Smile

ElQuinto - Futility room?!? if that is a typo i will be sad i love the idea of a futility room!!
Mine are in plastic lidded boxes under my bed with blankets on top, if you look in the clear top they look like storage but underneath they are packed out with goodies

Harry Potter style, under the stairs. A large cabinet sits in front of the door. It has housed bikes, scooters and a rocking horse in the past 😌

Under my bed, it's an ottoman style bed and dc don't know it lifts up!!
