Clothes - tops, cardigan, scarf -this is what she likes best.

Also a notebook for her family history research (her favourite hobby) and a key ring with a photo of dd.

My mums getting a fruit tree, a book on vegetable gardens month by month, and a little gardening hamper I'll be putting together including a fork and trowel set, new gardening gloves, a vegetable themed mug I found in tesco, hand wash and cream and anything else I can find that's small and useful looking :)

Also chocolate. Because she's more of a chocolate addict than me even.

She is already a fairly keen gardener with a huge and very lovely garden, but she mentioned she's planning on starting a vegetable garden in the new year :D

Me and my youngest brother are going halves on getting her Sims4 for her laptop and sister is getting her the latest C J Sansom book.

My Mum hates 'conventional' Mum gifts! She likes games/DVDs/books. Woe betide anyone who buys her make-up/perfume/clothing (I'm looking at you SIL!)

I was thinking of a National Trust membership. Or one of these silver name necklaces.
