Facebook boss Sandberg goes home at 5:30pm

I posted this in News but nobody seems interested, so apologies for doubling.

She admits it took courage to give up 'presenteeism' and go home at home time. I like how she stresses it's equally important that men make time for family.

If this makes more bosses brave enough to knock work-all-hours culture on the head, it could even alleviate many of the strains mentioned on the 'equality at home' thread.

I shan't be holding my breath on that ...!
