Found it a cross between (M)Alice in Wonderland and a bit Clockwork Orangey! Thought it was very good and amused me- even the dark bits about the @Fathers for Justice' etc

Started to read it cos my dad's a black cab driver. Realised I like the the IDEA if Will Self but can't stand his writing style. Pretentious, overwrought codswallop!
