Just feel a bit stuck on breakfast, I usually have toast with butter and a banana when I get to work.

Obv no butter is allowed - is that right?

What do others have for breakfast if they eat at work?

sometimes have poached eggs on a split crumpet if I have a little more time, also have porridge with banana and a teaspoon of desiccated coconut which is lovely, although getting a bit too hot for this now..

If you got flora extra light,5g of that is 0pp so you wouldn't need to track it. Or you could have, for example, 2tsp/10g butter as one of your two treats a day?

Shredded wheats with skimmed milk and blueberries! Keep my cereal at work and buy a little milk at the beginning of the week... :)

From Asda you can buy WW spread and can use it for 0 PP. I usually have toast/crumpets with this.

I also make Jam with Sugar Free Jelly crystals and frozen fruit to have in the mornings!

At work I also prepare a pot of fruit to have with natural yoghurt/
